Settlement Updates:

August 24, 2021: All incomplete Claims have been mailed Notices of Incomplete Claim Submission requesting additional documentation. Responses are currently being processed and additional documentation is being reviewed for completeness determinations. For Claimants whose Claims have been deemed complete, Notices of Field Review Status will be mailed in the coming months as the review process is completed. Claimants whose Claims are still not complete will be mailed Notices of Rejection in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, you can find answers to frequently asked questions on this website here or by clicking on the “FAQs” tab at the top of this page. You can also reach the Settlement Claims Administrator directly via email, mail, or our call center, as specified here.

If you did not receive a Notice of Incomplete Claim Submission, we are continuing to review your claim.

You may be eligible for benefits under this Settlement if:

  • You were a Producer of soybeans for commercial purposes for the 2015 through 2020 crop seasons; and
  • Your soybean crops exhibited symptomology of dicamba exposure during one or more of those years.

To participate in the Settlement, a Claims Package, including the Claim Form, must have been submitted no later than May 28, 2021.
